18-12-2013

Today, the 18 th of December, we. Made a trip to Tsukuba City, and the Jaxa space centre.
It was fascinating, and my first trip to any space centre, loving electronics and mechatronics it was fascinating to get a close up look, plus we got to stick our heads in a space suit :D

This is a rocket from a previous mission on dismay in the centre grounds, upright, it is around as tall as the building seen behind it.

Some training equipment was on display, seen here is a machine that spjns to create g force simulations.

And this is for testing bone density, and blood flow issues in pressurised conditions

In side the museum were some fantastic scale models of current and past sate-lights and rockets.
